Everybody’s got image generation, everybody’s got video generation, but who’s putting it all together?

I know we’ve been keeping you waiting for awhile but the truth is that this has been a really important discovery phase for the project.

This doesn’t feel like a SaaS. It feels like a new storytelling platform.

We’ve had many conversations over the last month. Thanks to those of you who reached out to us and booked a call! What we just did is powerful and important step that perhaps more builders in the age of vibe coding should take the time out to do. And that is called product validation. We are coming out of this stage with a much stronger vision for what Capsules can be.

We learned that Capsules is not only a tool that people actually want to use... Capsules is a format that is really resonating. It’s a medium that gives people ability to put all their beautiful generations, their creations — whether video, image, or text — together. It’s a home for AI native AND non-AI native content.

Across every conversation, one theme repeated: people don’t need yet another content creation tool, they need a home for what they’re already creating. Most creators already have writing tools they love, image and video generators they pay for. What’s missing is structure and format to harness all this generative power. What’s needed is an output format that captivates and inspires, and relays knowledge in a way that any old blog post, slide deck, or (insert your medium) doesn’t.
